1. General
By booking a tattoo appointment with me (Kensi), you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clear communication, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout the tattoo process.

2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed. A valid photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service if this requirement is not met.

3. Required Before Booking
To confirm your appointment and begin the design process, you must provide all of the following:
• A non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
• A clear photo of the area where you want the tattoo.
• A photo showing any existing tattoos near that area.
• 3 to 5 reference images showing the style or elements you want (used for inspiration, not copying).

4. Booking & Deposits
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from the final price.
• If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 7 days (1 week) in advance. Rescheduling later than that will result in a loss of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to rebook if you cancel late or do not show up.

5. Design Policy
• Design work will only begin after the deposit is paid and all materials listed under section 3 are submitted.
• All artwork remains my intellectual property, even if the tattoo is not completed.

6. Pricing
• Tattoo pricing depends on size, complexity, detail, style, and time.
• Prices can be quoted in Albanian Lek (ALL), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) depending on your preference.
• Pricing will be discussed clearly before your appointment.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 7 days before your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

8. Health & Safety
• I use only sterile, single-use equipment and follow strict hygiene standards.
• You must arrive sober and in good health. I will refuse service if you’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• You must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin issues in advance.

9. Aftercare
• Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session.
• It’s your responsibility to follow these instructions.
• I am not responsible for complications caused by poor aftercare or neglect.

10. Touch-Ups
• One free touch-up is available within 3 months, depending on healing and if proper aftercare was followed.
• Touch-ups for tattoos in high-wear areas (hands, fingers, feet, joints, etc.) may require an additional fee.

11. Photography & Portfolio
• I may photograph or film your tattoo for use on my website or social media.
• Let me know in advance if you prefer not to have your tattoo shared publicly.

12. Liability
• You accept full responsibility for choosing to get tattooed and acknowledge the risks involved (such as pain, allergic reactions, and healing issues).
• I am not liable for problems resulting from unreported medical conditions, unrealistic expectations, or improper aftercare.

13. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of Tirana.
