Refund Policy

At Kensi Tattoo, I take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom tattoo art tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized and permanent nature of tattoo work, all sales and deposits are final, and no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Booking and Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit guarantees your booking and covers the time spent on consultation and design preparation.
• Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred, even if you cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If you need to  reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. While deposits are non-refundable, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling within a reasonable timeframe.
• No-shows or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Completed Work
• Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, once the work has begun or is completed, no refunds will be issued.
• If you have concerns about your tattoo, please contact me to discuss potential touch-ups or adjustments.
